Christmas Party - 12/08/2012
The annual Christmas party of the Arizona BMW Z series Club will be held on 12/8/12 above date at the Ebeyer residence (click here for address and directions).
Please plan to arrive at 4:45 to 5:00 PM. We will have an assortment of chips & dips and mini meatballs before dinner and we'll start serving the main course around 6:00 PM or so.
Like last year, Famous Dave's BBQ will cater the event and we will have their baby back ribs and BBQ chicken cut into 8ths. Side dishes will be scalloped potatoes, cinnamon apples and a few favorite dishes supplied by the members. There will be some form of dessert and soft drinks and coffee will be available. Please bring your own bottle if you want wine, beer, or "the hard stuff."
Both the interior of our home and the outside, heated patio, will be available, your choice or just roam at your leisure. In the past, almost the entire membership turns out for the Christmas party and it is an excellent opportunity to visit with and get to know the members.
We will have a drawing for a large selection of very nice door prizes; this is one of the ways we have of returning your annual $35 membership fee.
There will be no club touring event in December; the next touring event will be either late in January or early in February, as always, the information will be emailed to you well in advance.
Hopefully you will be able to attend, please email your RSVP ASAP so we can get a head start on the head count and plan the appropriate portions with Famous Dave's.
The fee for the dinner is $25 per person; please mail your check to Virgil Jackson, the club Treasurer at 10417 East Charter Oak Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85259. Check should be made payable to the Arizona BMW Z Series Club.
Please remember, your prompt RSVP is very important so we can get underway with the Caterer, arrangements must be made well in advance.
